She also bent an important book in half to put it in the mailbox; ruining it. I also requested they hold my mail one day; when temps were in the negative, so that the perfume I ordered didn't freeze. They said they would hold my mail. But the package was sitting on my porch when I got home the next day. I know postal worker are busy, but they should take more pride in their work.
