Christine should be fired for refusing to do her job. She was extremely rude when i approached the service desk to process a passport application today. I arrived about 12:20 and walk in hours were 12-1. She quickly said “we not taking those” but i can make you a appt for another day in a very condescending manner. I proceeded to show her on my phone that it clearly states walk in hours are today at this very time on the USPS website. She overlooked that and just repeated the same thing rolling her eyes and dismissing my claim. What was ironic is that a different associate was assisting a customer next to me with a passport application. I did not notice this until she politely told me to get back in line and she will take care of me. At the point i was kind of speechless that Christine outright lied. I was able to get my passport application processed but this just proves she was refusing to do her job. Please beware if you’re told something can’t be done. She was going to turn me away for no reason at all other than being lazy and incompetent! My time is valuable and this was very uncalled for. Although I’m leaving a 1 star review here and will be filing a complaint. I will be leaving 5 stars per the survey on my receipt to the associate that processed my application right next to Christine and gave excellent customer service. I’m sorry you have to work with someone like that. I am willing to bet i am not the first. Thanks for doing the right thing.

I had an awful experience here their mail carrier stole my phone bracket and then marked it as delivered. The company themselves seem to have up to a twenty day delivery period after twenty days. I reached out to the company they tracked it to this location and the supervisor there said he can’t do an investigation because it’s way too late and then threaten to call EC finest on me so not only are they some thieves they are liars that believe their own lies.
