- FPFaith PringleFeb 19, 20261.0Over a year in half of hardly getting any mail from post workers just walking past my house I wonder what they do work for free and return to sender and lie and say I have no mail after I changed my address here I filed complaint Ed after complaints telling me cuse I'm in a apartment house I have to advertise my first and last name on box or they won't put nail in my box even wrote my name and put it there with out my permission just another excuse to be lazy and unkind several workers have done this disrespectful behavior I see I have nail on line they give 7 days on there those are the generated ones and they still won't even put it in my box why ??

Filled my application online, had all my documents needed and they told me I had to fill another written application and set an appointment. I just went to Chicago heights, they found my application, took my picture and I was out of there in 20 mins. Train your staff properly
