  I was notified at 10:43 am that my package was ready for pickup at this location. When I arrived at the location at 11:01 am. The employee ( no name tag) refused to check for my package even though it was on the shelf behind him. He walked away and was being rude. I had to go to the other clerk who explained to me that my package needed to be added to the system.

  I was returning things for a couple people and Jennifer was extremely helpful. I forgot to print a return label for my item and she help me send it to her store and she printed it. Never had such helpful service at other UPS stores.
