- TJTab JacksonJun 12, 20251.0This is the worst place to get your passport. The lady deliberately did not help us at all. She took my photo wrong, told me to smile. Knowing that Smiling is Not Allowed! Then she told my husband to Not Smile. She did not help us fill out the paperwork because we had questions. She took the paperwork looked it over and stamped it, knowing we had not done it correctly. This caused a delay for us because we had to send in a form for the missing information that she was supposed to catch. She clearly is an unhappy person with a nasty attitude. Please Re-train your employees to do better, be better. I only posted this because as A woman that respects All Gods Creations. I am praying that you find peace and joy along your path. I choose to forgive and move on. Have a beautiful and blessed day in the name of Jesus,Amen. Sincerely, TabbiJ.
