- CCClaireJul 1, 20251.0I went to the Decatur Post Office and the service was terrible. There was a clerk with a name tag Spencer just standing around with his headphones in, visibly talking to someone on the phone… He saw me and called for someone else to help. This clerk with the name tag Julie came out to help me. I had questions about shipping a package. She was super rude, she snarled at me and was condescending. Not helpful at all. I took my service to Ossian Post Office and Brad the Post Master was wonderful.
- TJTab JacksonJun 12, 20251.0This is the worst place to get your passport. The lady deliberately did not help us at all. She took my photo wrong, told me to smile. Knowing that Smiling is Not Allowed! Then she told my husband to Not Smile. She did not help us fill out the paperwork because we had questions. She took the paperwork looked it over and stamped it, knowing we had not done it correctly. This caused a delay for us because we had to send in a form for the missing information that she was supposed to catch. She clearly is an unhappy person with a nasty attitude. Please Re-train your employees to do better, be better. I only posted this because as A woman that respects All Gods Creations. I am praying that you find peace and joy along your path. - KCKelley CoxDec 11, 20215.0I’m an Etsy seller. This holiday season was my first, and I cannot explain how much I appreciate the people at the Decatur location. Everyone is amazing, and EVERY SINGLE package I’ve ever sent through this location has been scanned in-regardless of whether I handed it to someone, dropped it in the drop box or in my mailbox. Yes, EVEN in my mailbox. That may not sound like a big deal, but it is. That DOESN’T always happen at other locations, especially this time of year. And when something doesn’t get scanned in (when there are no tracking updates), it appears that I haven’t shipped an item out, and my customers blame me. I’ll never use another location. THANK YOU for being awesome…and THANK YOU for making me look good 🙂
