One of the women is very kind, but the other had a terrible attitude: she is so angry person, she yelled at me, insulted me, and made me leave the line, moving me away from the next person. I felt humiliated and had to go to another branch in Plainfield, where the staff was completely kind and professional. This happened last December.” If I could give 0 stars, I would — too bad that option doesn’t exist.”

They left NO SLIP and made NO ATTEMPT to deliver to the door or get in contact with me. I even called begging them to hold it and they sent it back to the seller without telling me that same day. I wish them the warmest pillows and the coldest car rides to work.

- NLnat leFeb 2, 20261.0I would put no stars if I could . They changed our locks on our mailbox two times without telling us making it to where we can’t get mail for months at a time . Then when we go get our new keys that they called and told us they had they end up not being able to give them to us or telling us they don’t have them . They were supposed to put my mail on hold which they also did not do . It’s very unprofessional in there nobody cares about their jobs .
