- TSTammy SmithDec 20, 20251.0If I could give them zero stars I would. They are so not service oriented. I went there to drop off some mail today on a Saturday. At one time it was 3 PM last pick up. I guess now it's 230. I got there at 2:39. They were taking it out of the outside bin. she waved her hands that I could not pull forward so I waited. Then she closed her bin and left all a while. I'm saying may I please give you my letters not only did she not respond. She kept her back from me and kept walking back to the building. I know she heard me I was right beside her. I could've ran up and threw them in her basket. But I was trying to be respectful. I do not know how this post office continues to run. It is horrific. I so wish Avon had their own Post Office. I avoid this Post Office when I can at all cost. And that's sad for a service of the city. Again, it would not take much for her to say, of course and take my letters she was right there. Such a disappointment. She on purpose avoided me and kept going.

Can’t even call anybody to get any information. This is my post office and now it’s moving to another facility.
