  Usually I try to avoid doing this because I work in customer service. The employee was nice. However she didn't ask me to check to confirm address and I didn't think anything of it because I've been there several times and have had the addresses deleted ( well so I thought since that's what they told me) since I've moved to Crown point almost 2yrs ago. And yet, i text my daughter to see if she received her birthday gift which she didn't, because it went to an address she hasn't lived at for a few yrs, which i was told was deleted when I shipped something to her new address last year this time for her birthday. Im sorry but this facility really Sucks! How hard is it to delete something and then lie to my face and say its corrected. To find out its not. And ive had to do this more than once. I mean not only are you not reliable but your employees lie and can't do the simple job. Angry mother, just trying to put a smile on my daughter's face for her birthday. I hope someone's enjoying her birthday gift. BEWARE...APPARENTLY YOUHAVE TO DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM EVEYTIME YOU GO CAUSE WHO KNOWS WHERE YOUR PACKAGE WILL END UP? Apparently I had to give it a star in order to post. Which I didn't want to do.

  Asked a couple of questions regarding some packages for my girlfriend and the lady I talked to was very nice. I even called again because I had to ask the girlfriend if she was receiving a package or sending out a package. The lady on the phone didn’t seem annoyed, and she told me exactly what needed to happen. Greatly appreciate the help. Have a great holiday to all the employees here

  Came here in 2012 to express deliver a letter. The lady helping me send my letter couldn’t spell “university”. Any other time I’ve been here, haven’t had a problem. I think they are a tad pricey

  Would give a zero if I could. Wish we were told the pkg we shipped had to have a signature required with delivery confirmation. Supposedly free, but my shipping receipt had a $4.75 unexplainable service options charge and a .20 CMS processing fee. Never again will I go there to ship. I was told UPS requires this during the holiday season. The pkgs I have received have not been signed for, nor has a driver knocked or rang the doorbell. Seems the right foot doesn't know what the left foot is doing. Go to the post office or fed ex people.
