- SDSherry Dee3 days ago1.0I could not believe it! I was in line with several people (the line was so long!) and although there were 3 people working the counter, 2 of the employees were doing other tasks and not helping the long line of customers for at least 10 minutes. I’m sure there is plenty of work to do yet when a line of people are waiting for customer service, wouldn’t you think that was top priority! I used the self service area because it would’ve taken too long. To top off everything, the bin to put small parcels in was jammed! Things need to change there.

WHEN I WENT INTO COMPLAIN THEY SAID THEY ARE HAVING ISSUES IN INDIANA WITH MAILINGS SERIOUSLY....BEEN HIT WITH LATE FEES THANKS SO MUCH! Last week had a package delivered for someone two miles away.
