  Usually I try to avoid doing this because I work in customer service. The employee was nice. However she didn't ask me to check to confirm address and I didn't think anything of it because I've been there several times and have had the addresses deleted ( well so I thought since that's what they told me) since I've moved to Crown point almost 2yrs ago. And yet, i text my daughter to see if she received her birthday gift which she didn't, because it went to an address she hasn't lived at for a few yrs, which i was told was deleted when I shipped something to her new address last year this time for her birthday. Im sorry but this facility really Sucks! How hard is it to delete something and then lie to my face and say its corrected. To find out its not. And ive had to do this more than once. I mean not only are you not reliable but your employees lie and can't do the simple job. Angry mother, just trying to put a smile on my daughter's face for her birthday. I hope someone's enjoying her birthday gift. BEWARE...APPARENTLY YOUHAVE TO DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM EVEYTIME YOU GO CAUSE WHO KNOWS WHERE YOUR PACKAGE WILL END UP? Apparently I had to give it a star in order to post. Which I didn't want to do.

  Asked a couple of questions regarding some packages for my girlfriend and the lady I talked to was very nice. I even called again because I had to ask the girlfriend if she was receiving a package or sending out a package. The lady on the phone didn’t seem annoyed, and she told me exactly what needed to happen. Greatly appreciate the help. Have a great holiday to all the employees here

  I dropped off a package here got a receipt but it wasnt scanned correctly. Weeks go by my buyer is told i never dropped the package off until after they decided to cancel it!!! Then someone in California scans it. Ridiculous they cost my business money. Now almost s month later i asked for the package to come back to me but now they wont give me my refund!!! So livid seems nothing can be done and the error wasnt on my end and cost me money and missing my product.

  Worst ever service today. There should be a NO STAR FOR BAD REVIEWS. Caitlyn, claiming she's owner and manager was the worst one. I have shipped several times at this location, with other employees being helpful and courteous. I was on vacation here at my daugher's, and today, decided to ship again several clothing and household items in big boxes, too heavy for me to carry inside. My phone number and DL not enough for her since I used my nickname and daughter address as shipper, even when they have my records, phone number, DL, shipping, receiving from different states, depending on where I vacationed. I even showed my personal emails with my nicknames for proof of ID related to my nickname, not enough for her since not my legal name in my DL. OMG, I even suggested to write in my DL name as the shipper, she won't budge, I am not one of those Karen's, but she definitely was acting like one, out of frustration , I asked her if she was profiling me, omg, she said she won't service me and had a very smug smile when I left. I definitely will report her to headquarters and not use this branch. I was enjoying this area for many weeks of vacation, but Caitlyn really put a damper on it.
