They helped someone in front of me, pack their Amazon return. The last NWI location I went to the guy scoffed at me for showing a QR code, as if I enslaved him or forced him to work? The lady behind the counter was very specific, letting me know exactly what I needed and was extremely helpful. I took the packages to the Valparaiso stores originally and got zero feedback or help. If you have to take an Amazon package back, especially if you are unsure about the process, don't waste your time going anywhere else. They were wonderful.
