- SSSusan SJun 4, 20251.0We have lived here for 30 years. we started having mail problems being delivered to other mail boxes so we got a PO box which was very inconvenient. about 7 years ago we put our mail box back up and started getting our mail back to the mail box which is on the road as we live in rural crawfordsville. . since then we have had escalation of mail being put in the wrong boxes and never receiving packages , bills etc. there is no calling the post office, it will ring a hundred times till it just shuts off. what kind of business is this??? I refuse to go door to door to try and find mail that people are going to lie about getting that isnt my job. This is so old and stressful. if you cant get ahold of someone by phone how is this ever corrected?? i guess calling a higher authority to file complaints if it even gets resolved then.
