- TMTina Montgomery4 days ago2.0They keep putting my mail and packages on the ground outside away from the carport. Doesn't matter if it's raining or not. There is a box on the porch to put packages in. They did it a few times but now I come home and they are on the ground.

We’ve had our mail just left on the ground in front of our mailbox. A large number of our save the dates for our wedding were lost. They have forcibly shoved packages that are clearly too big to fit in the mailbox into it, making it nearly impossible to get it back out. Recently our mail was being delivered to a neighboring house that is vacant, and now we are receiving mail from 2025!!
- JSJesse SMar 10, 20261.0I bought an item on eBay. Seller in Columbus shipped it to me through the self-service kiosk at this Post Office. Tracking shows he dropped it off on a Thursday. Then it disappeared off tracking for 5 days, until it was scanned as leaving this Post Office the following Tuesday, 5 days later. So my package sat in the Post Office for 5 days before being sent out? I could have walked to Columbus faster. Unacceptable.

The employees must all be deaf because the phone will ring and no one answers. Allegedly a Paula works there yet the number I was given is the store number. Which again.....never gets answered. What are my tax dollars going to? To say this location is a joke would be an insult. Thanks for nothing
- JCJessica CJan 30, 20261.0I called the national USPS customer service number and they couldn’t help but provided a direct line to the local USPS. I have called over and over and over and got hung up on once and now again. The other times it just rang and rang without answer. My oackage was delayed for almost a week already due to weather. It was supposed to deliver today. Won’t deliver because hazardous weather conditions. We have shoveled the snow so there is not a hazardous condition. I need my medication. If they can’t hold the package that is fine but answer the phone. Ridiculous.
