    Horrible experience, ill-informed and under-trained staff. The lady at the counter refused to accept a valid passport (on which I traveled one week ago!) as a valid form of ID for domestic shipment from Indiana to Illinois! Pretty interesting to see that a federally issued document which allows me to travel to other countries isn't sufficient enough of an ID proof for shipping snow boots in the Midwest lol!

    Staff is top-notch, especially store manager Shanda, who went above and beyond during the busiest season of the year to help locate a package sent from this store and communicated promptly and clearly as promised. Highly recommend!

    The UPS Store was very helpful in processing the return of an AT&T fiber internet router. Prior to traveling to the store, I wanted to confirm that UPS handles these returns because AT&T does not keep there website instructions up to date. With that said, if you have a question and call the UPS Store number, the system automatically sends the caller to voice mail and tells the caller that the voice mailbox is full. This appears to be consistent behavior for this store and not a one-off event. This means you must travel to the UPS Store to ask questions in person.
