They kept trying to deliver a package that needed a signature while I was out of town. They finally notified me they were sending it back to the shipper. Again, I had no way to get ahold of them and the FedEx location was a hour from my home! I called the shipper and they said they could reship the item after they got it back. What a nightmare.

Karl delivered one of the two packages that was on his truck for delivery to my house but couldn't be bothered to grab the second box. What a great representative of FedEx and the Teamsters! When I called to file a complaint for the second time in two days, the customer "assistance" representative put me on hold when I said that I wanted to speak to a supervisor to file a complaint against Karl and his repeated unprofessionalism and lies. They then claimed that there was no one available and that I should contact my shipper for further assistance. What is the shipper going to be able to do? They can't retrieve the package and deliver it themselves. FedEx once again proves why their drivers suck and don't care about doing there jobs whatsoever.
