Karl delivered one of the two packages that was on his truck for delivery to my house but couldn't be bothered to grab the second box. What a great representative of FedEx and the Teamsters! When I called to file a complaint for the second time in two days, the customer "assistance" representative put me on hold when I said that I wanted to speak to a supervisor to file a complaint against Karl and his repeated unprofessionalism and lies. They then claimed that there was no one available and that I should contact my shipper for further assistance. What is the shipper going to be able to do? They can't retrieve the package and deliver it themselves. FedEx once again proves why their drivers suck and don't care about doing there jobs whatsoever.

Then it was 10/09 and it said delivery exception “No deliver attempt made because of holiday, business closed.” #1 It’s not a holiday and #2 I’m not a business. I spoke to a customer service rep to keep him from doing this and nothing has changed. He specifically told me he does not know where the apartment is located and will not take the time to look for it. He refused to give me his name, so I will be calling again. I will also be telling my residents that have packages delivered from Fedex to call and make a complaint. He delivered a package today that was for apartment 34. The apartments are marked and God forbid this young kid walk up 3 flights of stairs. Pure laziness!
