- SLSwords of Lethe5 days ago1.0I have been trying to get a hardship waiver to move my mailbox for years. I was originally denied and trying to resolve it, I always get told they will call me back and don't. I had to send all my packages to a po box for an additional expense. I would use more mail and stamps if it was easier for my disabled self to do. i hope Cindy helps me resolve this this holiday season. being housebound is lonely and getting cards and packages is one of the few joys I get.

They also LIED on the delivery confirmation and stated that it had been signed by a resident. This was not the first time they have stuffed a much too large package into the mailbox against the delivery instructions and common decency.
