And I have to drive all the way across town to get to another store and the people are nice there as well, but it's just not the same as just being able to get in the car, be there in 5 or 10 minutes? With better Corporate leadership and not just giving up and raising prices that are literally sending people to the exit when they see on their phones printer ink for example is over 50% cheaper on Amazon and it comes to my house. No employees passing the buck and telling customers to demand a cheaper price. They already accept Amazon returns so maybe the rumor Amazon is going to turn them into “Prime Business Centers.” RIP to the old Staples when employees used to come to you to help.
