  I DO NOT recommend anyone working for people ready! Today 12/10 Lucy at the Clarksville Indiana location reached out to ask if I could please work the Clark county auction because she was having a hard time finding people. I agreed upon my arrival at 1pm I signed in checked for my lane letter and the time that lane would start which was 2pm. Now on my first day out at auction Barbie gave me a run down on the job description she also informed me that some lanes start at a later time when that happens you are free to be around the restaurant, use bathroom get food or drink until lane starts. Once I was checked in I went to restaurant area found a seat and charged my phone. Brandon who works at the auction came and informed me that they were going to be having a meeting inside of the garage bay that would be able to charge phone out there he then showed me where I could plug up my phone. “I have video of this interaction” never once mentioning that I couldn’t or shouldn’t have my phone out charging while waiting on lane to start. At about 1:30pm Lucy walked past and informed me that I should be careful having phone out because they don’t really like us to have phones out, I told her I understood. I unplugged and put my phone away. At this point I still have 25 mins before the lane will open so went to use the restroom while in the stall Lucy followed me into the bathroom and walked out no saying a word. once I came out I went to grab a drink before lane starts while standing in line with customers and employees in front and behind me and restaurant employee’s!! Lucy walked up to me asked what i was doing I told her getting water she then proceeded to humiliate and yell at me in front of everyone stating that it was their company policy that I could not have my phone “remember my phone is still in my pocket video recording the whole interaction I never took it back out after the first encounter” she stated that I could not be purchasing items but she would allow me this time also that I needed to stand at the lane and wait.i explained to her that I did not know these things that Barbie never explained these rules while waiting on lane to open. After this encounter I tried reaching out to the branch with no response I notified auction staff I would be leaving as I felt it was best I clock out and leave. Lucy proceeded to find me once again after I am no longer on company time NEVER pulling me aside in front of the whole restaurant asked was I leaving you I relied yes let her know I let staff on the lot know and I tired reaching out to the branch she stated that it was no one other then her I could speak to and that she would see through that I’m never able to come back. Lucy will cause this company a major lawsuit with her unprofessionalism discrimination seeing that multiple workers was in the restaurant with phones out, using the bathroom making purchases. I will be posting all videos and phone calls with Lucy bluntly lying on tiktok with my almost one million followers. Save your self the headache people ready does not care about the people working for them they had over 20 workers the day before Thanksgiving running cars in the cold lied and said they would ensure we would still get paid same day that didn’t happen then handed out turkeys to the dealers purchasing cars that let’s know how people ready and the Clark county auction feels about their employees !!!!

  Call the branch and was told to download the jobstack app. Which everytime I've visited a peopleeady branch anywhere, they just tell me to download the app. But there's never any jobs that show up on the app. And I was literally told over the phone that the jobs featured on the website aren't real and are just up there to get people in the door. Which idk about the legality of that, but that sounds pretty sketchy.
