- APAustin PippengerDec 17, 20241.0So sick and tired of this post office and the lady that’s working in it never get are mail when we are supposed to she won’t give you your packages unless she put a slip in your mail box and she waits haft the week to do that then she put the wrong packages in the box she needs fired also up date the locks I’m tired of not being able to get into my mail box because it’s a combination lock and not a key get with the program
- FPFred PowellMar 23, 20241.0This location is run like a hobby. Saturday business hours are 8 AM to 10:30AM. The worker shows up at 8:35. The USPS website says that your ordered packages are out for delivery but that doesn't mean that they're in Clark Hill like the webpage says. It means that they were checked in at Lafayette. The delivery truck that brings the packages to Clark Hill shows up sometime between 1030 and 1 PM. Long after the location closes. Between the Clarks Hill and Lafayette locations it is extremely difficult to get anyone to answer phones. all communications with local workers are passive aggressive at best and their attitude is if I don't like not getting my packages then I need to "apply for a job and trying to change the system from the inside." In all things I do my best to make sure that the USPS never handles my packages but the latest trend with Amazon is to hand off orders to USPS so that I can never actually get them.
