Today (Saturday) at 11:01 I walked in to ship some packages and the office was locked. Within the time it took to walk back to my car and get ready to leave, disappointed again, literally FIVE other people pulled up and started to walk in to send their packages. I saved them the trip in and told them they close at 11 on Saturday, which lead to a confused disappointed look on each of their faces. I find it interesting that they also close at lunch time during the week- when most people have a minute on their break to run errands to the post office. I always end up having to go to a Fort Wayne location or UPS/FedEx to get anything accomplished. I feel that this location does not serve their community's needs well at all. (This is nothing against the hard working employees!)
