Absolutely horrible. Went to pick up baby chickens today for my mother. There is now the fourth time doing so and dealing with the same ignorant woman. Broken door bell for off hour pickups which makes you knock so loud after waiting for 30 minutes in the lobby,to hear nothing but the staff laughing at you and hearing them say ( well he’s going to wait until 8:30) when I clearly have a text from then usps saying to come anytime between 6am-5pm. then get treated with disrespect and get a door slammed in my face my the same ignorant woman, and on top of that because of how mishandled the box was in transfer and taken care of by them, we now have dead baby chickens. This place needs an overhaul. New staff. New motivation. People with respect for what they do. Not “just a government job where I can do what I want”. Pathetic. This isn’t mail. It’s a LIVE CREATURE.

Older woman there LOVES to throw packages. She is overweight and doesn't want to move so she just hikes boxes marked fragile over the counters and into the bins. She does it all the time, I've even asked her please don't hike my package, but to no avail. RETIRE ALREADY!
