I then switched to boxes, only to find there was no tape in the post office. This required an extra trip to the store for tape and then back again. After everything was packaged, labeled, and stamped, both package drop boxes were jammed, meaning I now have to return yet again. For a city the size of Carmel, two package drop boxes aren’t enough, especially when they’re frequently full or unusable. There used to be additional drop boxes, including one outside. The lack of supplies and limited drop options made what should have been a quick errand unnecessarily time-consuming.

Why would someone put a damaged package with shards of glass coming out of it in someone's mailbox? They didn't even apologize. Horrible customer service.
