  Follow-Up – Still No Response Regarding My Case Dear Customer Relations Team, I believe I have waited more than a reasonable amount of time, and I still have not received any response regarding my case. In addition, the store manager has not been able to provide a concrete explanation about what is going to happen or what the next steps will be.   I was able to drop off my package relatively quickly without hassle. There was a little bit of a line when I first got there, but as they were several attendance, I didn't have to wait too long.
