    Grant is super friendly and helpful. My mom and I both have our own businesses, and he helps out with mail and getting important packages to their destinations. Thank you Grant and the rest of the team!!

    THEY STOLE A PHONE FRM MY PACKAGE AND WONT PAY IT BACK. I Dropped a package to be shipped , the employee said she would repack it , then they Lost my package for two weeks, tracking info shows it never left the warehouse or UPS custody , it was then sent back to the store NEVER REPACKED and the phone was missing, they asked for proof of value , and said they would check security footage. Never heard back from the investigation and didn’t receive the value of the phone back. DO NOT USE THIS STORE unless you want terrible service and your items to get stolen.

    I shipped an iphone with signature receipt required and was told by the UPS associate that additional insurance was not necessary since I was paying the fee for a signature. The receiver of the package received a rug and not the iphone shipped. The package received had the original label created for the package, however it was pulled off the package and overlaid on the package for the rug. The rug was shipped from this same location so it appears that this fraudulent activity occured at UPS store #0973. I spoke to the manager at this store, Grant, who began an investigation which lead nowhere. I was reimbursed $100 plus my original shipping charges, which is well below the value of the item sent. I have tried to resolve this through the store manager to no avail.

    I think UPS stores must be independenly owned and operated? I say this with a question mark because this particular location was the only one in town open later on a Saturday, and the line was outside the door with Amazon returns. Naturally, not one single person in line had any of their stuff properly packaged before they walked in, which made the experience way harder than it had to be. Even still, the staff was incredibly patient and kind, and way nicer than I would have been.
