I had a bazillion different packages to return for various retailers and they were all shapes and sizes. I interacted with two employees - John who I think is the manager - and someone else (I forgot to look at his name tag). Both were wonderful - pleasant - warm - everything you could hope for in customer service. I didn’t have to stand in line for long but I listened / watch the interactions with the other customers and these few folks at this location are just genuinely nice people.

Since their remodeling effort they have been removed and they place my mail in an envelope. I have to wait in line every time I want to get my mail. This is very inconvenient and not what I paid for. This has been going on now for several months with no end in site. We have not received any notice on when we can expect our mailbox will be reinstalled. Totally disappointed with the management and the mess they have left the store.
