- EEElizabeth4 days ago1.0Horrible experience - the printers do not work at all. They (multiple that I tried) froze and spun without printing anything for 15+ minutes. I waited in line for an additional 30 minutes for someone to help - and despite there being 7-8 staff there, no one seemed to care about the customer experience in the printing section as we were completely ignored for 15 minutes despite multiple staff being available. When it was finally my turn, I was told there must be something wrong with my files. (These were bills and formal statements from Chase, Duke, etc...) Horrible experience and I was told to go elsewhere (no attempt to fix the solution whatsoever). Do not waste your time here!
- JVJohn Vanderlaan5 days ago1.0Twice now I've dropped off packages to this location, with pre-printed labels from FedEx Online, and both times the invoiced shipping amount is far higher than the Online estimate. Somehow this location is adding extra handling charges, and it has only happened when I drop off to this location, and nobody from FedEx has been able to explain why identical shipments receive crazy high surcharges when they are dropped off here but nowhere else. Avoid this location, drop off at a Walgreens or something like that.

This should be considered fraud and theft! FedEx will never see another cent of my money if I have anything to do with it. The manager, Laura, tried blaming it all on the vendor and took zero responsibility for her employee’s poor actions and choices. Horrible management horrible customer service. If you have to go to a FedEx, don’t make it this location. Literally pick any other one other than this one; zero accountability, all crooks.

Great quality, great employees, but high prices and management not willing to work with us is not working out. Lots of fees with same day prints and new high traffic location is also a deal breaker.
