- AAAvelynDec 23, 20251.0horrible customer service! it used to be the best! the 2 African ladies were rude not helpful and didnt care, they were out of forms, i went to print out the forms at ups store in less than 15 mins, came back inside my time and one was smiling and the other one said i had to do another appointment, i explained how hard it was for husband to get on same schedule as he is a city employee, did not deserve that customer service, because of our business they have a job!

- EJEsther JeromeSep 2, 20251.0Terrible customer service , I had a 9:45 passport appointment I get there 9:17 a lady told me they don’t have applications I need to go get one somewhere else which I did drove to another post office to get the application I went back to the post office at 9:53 she said that they only considered 5 minutes late no 8 minutes I lost my appointment. They need people who cares for others and love their job on that place. She was rude
