Went into the Post Office to inquire about my passport and asked a few questions about the gigantic metal fencing around the property. This facility looks like its a foreign embassy in Afghanistan with how many "US GOVERNMENT PROPERTY" signs are plastered all over the place and how high the fence is. Employee behind the counter became agitated when I said that the post office was a public building to which he then tried to argue with me and say it was not. Post Offices are most definitely public buildings and this facility needs to train its public servants better. This place needs to be audited IMMEDIATELY and the public servants there need to be refreshed on what the law actually is.

Life savers. Super helpful and quick. Always call or go in when you have a problem, they're awesome. Twice now a package of mine was about to be returned, but they were able to stop it and allow me to pick it up despite me accidentally entering the wrong addresses twice. Always remember to check the address before buying something, especially after moving.

I booked an appointment online for my newborn’s passport and arrived on time with all paperwork and photos ready. After waiting in line and finally reaching the counter, the woman checked all of our paperwork and then told us to stand off to the side because she was “doing something else.” Meanwhile, she continued to take in multiple other people while we were left standing there for 55 minutes with a crying, fussy newborn. Trying to calm and hold a newborn that long in a crowded office was extremely stressful and exhausting. What is the point of having an appointment if you’re still made to wait almost an hour? If this is due to short staffing or poor scheduling, then don’t overbook. Families—especially those with newborns—deserve respect for their time. This was unprofessional, stressful, and very disappointing. I hope management addresses this issue so others don’t have to go through the same frustration.
