I submitted a service request to the Post Office and they told me my mail was being sent to the main Post Office. I went to the main Post Office on two different days and was told both time that my mail was not there and that they had received no communication. I’ve spent over an hour trying to contact the Annex Post Office with no luck. There needs to be an explanation for this. Either the supervisors need to be fired, or something needs to be reorganized.
