    They are very fast and efficient. Staff is always friendly and easy to work with. I have been impressed by the staff at this store for several years and know that I will be taken care of. Thank you!!

    Thank you to the young man that helped me with my receipt last night (12/17/25) and the UPS driver that went back into the store to get my package (rather large package!) to make sure it was put on his truck before he left...and wished me Happy Holidays!! Great customer service and all done with a smile!!

    Arrived at UPS store went to convenient kiosk for Amazon, after scanning was informed to go to counter. Took my place in line behind 10 others and proceeded to wait for over 40 minutes while 2 registers were consumed by a person sending 40 plus gifts weighing and labeling one by one. The other was opening a mailbox. Finally, after 45 minutes in line got my phone scanned, receipt given and gone. Took less than a minute to scan and receive receipt. Other register still busy weighing and labeling Horrible, the experience was well below expectations

    If I could I would leave less than ZERO stars. The delivery driver down by Emmanuel Baptist Church area (47403) has lost 4 of our packages in the last two days. UPS needs to fire this driver as they are completely worthless. 3 packages were lost yesterday and 1 today and ALL of them say delivered. The UPS website is kinda worthless. I will go out of my way not to use UPS. This is absolutely ridiculous.
