  Despite a great location and clean store, employee "J.J" was so incredibly condescending to me today I was taken aback as she talked to me like a teacher taking to a bad middle school boy, and repeating, "Fedex is not responsible for your item" since I packaged it myself-- and then had the audacity try over and over to pressure me in an upsell to buy a box there instead. And then after all that, she walked with my own to the self service kiosk, rather having led with that so she wouldn't have even been bothered with me in the first place. I could tell immediately too she she first approached me without a smile or even a welcome.

  I just want to give a HUGE shoutout to my FedEx driver, Megan. She went above and beyond to make sure my package was delivered, and that level of care does not go unnoticed. She was professional, kind, and genuinely made sure everything was handled properly instead of just doing the bare minimum. Customer service like that is rare these days, and Megan absolutely deserves recognition. FedEx is lucky to have her!
