- MGMolly G1 day ago2.0The place is always nice and clean. I guess I just dont understand how they're supposed to help me send out packages with the "rules" they have in place. I have my own card business and sometimes I need to ship out 30+ packages a week. This location does not have a self serve and there's one 3 in this city. I go in and the lady at the desk says they can only scan 5 packages on a receipt. I definitely had more than that. She tells me about this form I can fill out to make things easier. I ask her if she can help me pull it up and fill it out; I have never done it before and dont know what I am looking for!! She says that she isn't required to know how to fill it out and cant help me. Sooooo, I, the customer, have to figure out where to find and how to fill out this form on my own. Their form!! If I need help filling out a check, who do I go to? The bank. If I need help finding and filling out a USPS form, who do I go to? Apparently no one but myself. You did not help me at all. Thanks for not wanting to do your job.

- KPKirtan PajiJan 23, 20264.0Hey — I just wanted to come and say the Man at the counter today, Jason, is doing a phenomenal job. I can tell he is efficient with his work, but today the printer system was fried and making his job more difficult. We had a line of 5 people and he was doing his absolute best to be as quick and as efficient as possible. One customer gave him a hard time cause the customer didn’t know he had to complete the envelope himself in order to mail it. All in all it’s a post office and all you can ask from it is to be quick and efficient. The employee is great, the operating machines need a maintenance check ASAP.
