  I have gone to this store for a couple of years now and no matter who waited on me they were friendly and kind and helpful to me even though they were swamped with people. I observed them having that same disposition as they greeted the next customers. To be honest I am a Human Resources Officer and have tried to hire them away from UPS because they provide such great customer service! Great job hiring and training them!

  Went up to this location yesterday and was told that I would be charged a $3 dollar charge to print the UPS label only to go to the Rockville location and find out that for UPS labels there is no charge! DO BETTER PEOPLE!

  They sell services they do not stand behind. They up sold me a guaranteed delivery. The item did not make it on time and now they are blaming weather. Weather which came in BEFORE I sent my package. If prior weather nullifies the guarantee, I should have never been scammed and upcharge for guarantee. The store manager just blames UPS stating they are different companies. She was rude to me when I came in and will not do anything to help me. This store’s employee upsold me on something that could not be delivered and now I’m out $115 and it’s just my tough luck! I will never use this store again! Here are the facts, I was upsold guaranteed delivery. UPS is claiming bad weather. Yet will not provide me proof of said bad weather. I call the 800 provided to me and it’s a call center in India that says they will transfer me to correct department to dispute this, but instead sends me back to the beginning to wait on hold again. This has happened multiple times and multiple days. My package made it to the sorting facility only 30 mins away from the destination a full 3 hours before the deadline. I wouldn’t even complain if it was delivered late but the same day. Instead it sat at that facility for 24 hours! This is unacceptable! No one from UPS or the UPS store will help me!
