    I went to UPS to return two products, and due to an error in handling the labels, the packages were sent to the wrong destinations. When I tried to resolve it, I was told that the people who received the incorrect products are obligated to return them and that I should contact a lawyer. I understand that legally those products don’t belong to them, but it seems completely unfair that I have to bear the costs and complications of a mistake that wasn’t mine. UPS should take responsibility when their staff makes errors and help correct them, either by coordinating the return with the affected locations or reimbursing the money. It’s frustrating that instead of solving the problem, I’m being referred to costly legal measures. Update (October 4th) Thank you for replying, but we actually went to the UPS store, and the person who assisted us simply asked for both return codes (the ones we received when we requested the returns). She scanned them, printed the labels, and then accidentally placed them on the wrong boxes. That’s why each package ended up at the wrong location. The response “get a lawyer” was what we were told at the UPS office when we explained that we wouldn’t be getting a refund because the UPS workers made a mistake by putting the wrong labels on the packages. Their response was, “There’s nothing we can do about it, get a lawyer.” Honestly, we expected them to take responsibility for the mistake they made, not to give us that kind of answer. We have the emails for both returns, the receipt we got at UPS when we dropped off the packages, and also the addresses where each package was delivered (including where each one was actually supposed to go). We’re willing to provide all the necessary information to get this resolved and have each package returned to its correct supplier — because we’re talking about a phone here, not just any item — and all of this happened due to an error that wasn’t our fault. trank you

    Store Manager Brittney went above and beyond to work with me to enlarge a map I needed printed. She was very responsive & communicated so well to work through adjusting the map just right for what I was looking for! 5 stars! Will definitely be back for all of my enlarged printing services!

    I recently had a need for poster boards (18 inches x 24 inches) from photographs. My previous experience with dealing with the UPS store in Avon has always been excellent. My current experience has been no exception. Brittney the store manager was very helpful and expedited the posters for me.

    Been there a few times dropping off packages and returns. The staff is very friendly and helpful but 10 dollars for a box I bought there. Bring your own box lol.
