- TMTrevor MorrOct 2, 20251.0Very rude staff. I brought back an envelope that had been destroyed through the machine, could have been my fault, but I do thousands of orders like those EVERY MONTH. I was told by the manager that I could have done thousands of dollars worth of damage to the machine and that there is no point in calling Atlanta to see if the package is there. Then went i mentioned, very politely, that i have done thoussand of these he just laughs and calls me hostile as im walking away. Terrible staff, with big egos. That was the worst experience ive had in a long time with any customer service industry. Do BETTER!

I catch my mail person all the time on my security cam complaining talking to themselves, probably cause they hav to get out of car to put something on the porch. We sit here and just laugh.
