- TMTrevor MorrOct 2, 20251.0Very rude staff. I brought back an envelope that had been destroyed through the machine, could have been my fault, but I do thousands of orders like those EVERY MONTH. I was told by the manager that I could have done thousands of dollars worth of damage to the machine and that there is no point in calling Atlanta to see if the package is there. Then went i mentioned, very politely, that i have done thoussand of these he just laughs and calls me hostile as im walking away. Terrible staff, with big egos. That was the worst experience ive had in a long time with any customer service industry. Do BETTER!

A parking spot next to the PO box lobby's door being reserved for the postal manager when the number of spots there is limited enough is equally as frustrating. The kindness of the staff is very hit or miss as well, depending on the employee.
