Their solution was to put a piece of paper in my mailbox stating that I was the only person that lives at my residence. I still received other people's mail. Filed a complaint about it on the USPS website. Tired of this shit

- MSMaggie SNov 1, 20231.0The absolute WORST service I’ve received anywhere. The staff are rude, have no interest in helping, have poor communication. I’ve been hung up on multiple times. Frequently deliver mail that is not for our address. They shove packages that don’t fit into our mailbox and damage items because they don’t want to do their job properly and deliver to our house. So glad my taxes pay for them to be rude to me. Wish I could just have everything delivered from FedEx or UPS.
