There are 2 Ladies in the Auburn location that are always friendly to me. But my mailman for my address is erratic on delivering my mail. In the years I've lived at current address? I've had SEVERAL disruptions of NO MAIL delivered. An when I complain? Then, I receive it bundled up with a handwritten excuse as to why. There is NO good reason why I don't get my mail. My mailbox is on the street. In winter, city regularly plows our street. Never more than 8in of snow in front of my mailbox. A vehicle can drive over a few inches. An nobody parks in front of my box either. But for whatever reason, he always has an excuse to not deliver. I work from home, and need to get my mail. When I served our country during COVID? I relied on working from home, and receiving items in mail to work on. My mail was always delayed, and it continues. It's beyond ridiculous. Hire someone that wants to actually do their job, and deliver the mail! This has been going on too long by the regular guy for my address, and I'm taking this higher up. Hire a new person to deliver please.

Complained about receiving other people's mail that DO NOT LIVE at my address. Their solution was to put a piece of paper in my mailbox stating that I was the only person that lives at my residence. I still received other people's mail. Filed a complaint about it on the USPS website. Tired of this shit

I hardly ever get mail. today I went out to the mailman after he past my house and said "excuse me do I have mail" and then he said "yes" and gave it to me. I don't know why I have to chase him down for it. We have been waiting for my husband's check to come in the mail, we have bills to pay. Who knows how long our mailman has been able to deliver it but just haven't. Can he pay my lates fees now? This is getting Ridiculous.
