- HHH HodsonNov 25, 20251.0My sister and I had a second bad experience today at this post office. I believe it was the same employee who was rude to us both times. The first time we inquired about getting a passport & we were rudely told we couldn't do it at this location. I understand that there are protocols that have to be followed but her tone was rude & she didn't offer much helpful information. She didn't smile or apologize for our inconvenience. Today we visited to inquire about a change of address & it was the same rude service as we were bothering her & trying to get us out of there as soon as possible. Disappointing.
