    Usually enjoy coming to this store, staff are usually nice and quick. I walk in, and the blonde staffer with the colored (maybe blue) streak in her hair was rude for literally no reason. Just has an attitude, acts short with you, and overall rude. It's unfortunate for the store.

    I have been a customer at this store for close to a couple of years. The staff up front are always nice.and polite as I am towards them. I've been checking on a package for the last two weeks and was told to speak with Emily. Yesterday when I went in she was immediately rude and disrespectful. Accusing me of doing things wrong as it was my fault? I told her that her tone and language was unacceptable. Instead of doing the normal response like stopping the behavior and maybe being apologitic,she became more defiant and accusatory. I had to just quietly take my phone and leave. As I was walking out she continued to fuss at me in a derogatory manner (check your video). Not to mention you had other customers to the door observing this behavior. I'm usually in your business several times a week to pick up packages,no mail. They go get my packages and I sign for them . We have a trusted relationship. According to Emily things should be done differently and she was blaming me! I tried to talk but couldn't get a word in! If I was never told and the staff isn't doing it,that is a reflection on your business practices. The sad thing is that when I came in I knew probably what had happened to the package and was going to let it go. However after this disgusting and disrespectful behavior things have changed. I would like to have a rationale conversation with someone that isn't her. I would appreciate it if you would send me an email to my address on file. I can let you know a good time to call. I am apprehensive about even coming back into the store for fear of being verbally abused.

    I appreciate the knowledgeable and courteous service I received in returning Christmas items at the Anderson UPS location. The store was very busy but they were fast and everyone was joining together to get everyone taken care of in a timely matter.
