- HSHunter SmithJun 7, 20231.0Paid for certified and first class mail so my time sensitive package would be delivered on time like I was told it would be now its 3 days after it was supposed to be delivered and no one can even tell me where it is. Try talking to customer support and they can help you in 3-5 days after they look into it. Just another government scam where they will take your money right away but you have to wait as long as they want to get anything done. Absolutely worthless customer service and shipping go with ups they will take care of you

I needed help with a box and the lady just kept scoffing when I told her I wasn’t sure what box I need and yanked the shipping label out of my hand. People have bad days but don’t take it out on the customers.
