- AAAmberMar 12, 20251.0Why are the employees at this location so miserable? Seriously, every single time I've gone in there they act as if you've ruined their entire day! I went in for a book of stamps today. The employee was busy putting mail in the post office boxes. Not a big deal. I waited less than 2 minutes before she appeared. She came around the corner and I could already tell she had an attitude. I told her what I needed and she barked the total at me. Then as I waited to tap my card to pay for them, she reached over and tapped the green face that popped up. There was a red face, yellow face, and green face. So I assume that was to rate MY experience at the post office before paying. Why did she rate MY awful experience with her as green? She's obviously had bad reviews before! I am not the only person who has had issues with this location. I think it's really odd that all of the reviews over the past few years are no longer available on Google too. They need to get rid of these rude employees at this location! If you can't handle dealing with customers face to face, get a new job!!!!!

Constantly giving "lectures" about procedures that again have been explained as out of my control. Has tried to tell me packages weren't there although trackers said they were. Lost a package of mine once, but was helpful in locating it and communicating with me personally for it to be retrieved. Just needs to work on "bedside manner" when it comes to dealing with customers. Many friends of mine have opted with mailboxes curbside to get away with going into the post office to deal with them.
