The WORST POST OFFICE AND THE WORST DELIVERY PEOPLE. I had a delivery woman first she made us move my mail box because she was lazy to keep backing up she was rude and always on her phone with her ear piece. So we moved it Now we have an old man can barely walk and never leaves my mail because his excuse is he can't reach or has access he definitely has access he just to lazy. Now my husband and I been to the post office multiple times to speak with a higher person and they don't seem to care. I haven't received mail since Thursday tomorrow will be a week now he's being pathetic because we went to complain now he's doing it on purpose idk what else to do I just made a report to the city towards them. The managers don't seem to care but I'm tired of going to the post office to pick up my mail.😡

The delivery person rang the bell and just left a note. We were right at the door as the vehicle drove off. Why cause so much trouble for your staff and customers. I tried calling and the system kept sending me in circles. It also said it wanted to give me a survey not to inconvenience us. No survey or answers were given this day. Get rid of the automated jungle.
