I made a request to figure out where my package was, its been nearly a month since the status had updated, i know with covid going on i am trying to be understanding so i just wanted to know if everything was okay, i get a voicemail, a very quick response, but literally all she said was "its still in transit, have a good day" Im sorry?? Is that really all the information you can give? I know its in transit thats the only information i have Just overall its unprofessional and the lady sounded like she didnt know what she was doing

WORSE PLACE TO DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGES. HAS BEEN THREE WEEKS AND LAST UPDATE ON 20 OF MY PACKAGES HAS BEEN DEPARTED FROM POST OFFICE AND AFTER THAT NO SCAN AS IF IT DISSAPEARED. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THIS LOCAL USPS DOES NOT CARE OF YOUR PACKAGES.
