- JDJess DMay 22, 20212.0I made a request to figure out where my package was, its been nearly a month since the status had updated, i know with covid going on i am trying to be understanding so i just wanted to know if everything was okay, i get a voicemail, a very quick response, but literally all she said was "its still in transit, have a good day" Im sorry?? Is that really all the information you can give? I know its in transit thats the only information i have Just overall its unprofessional and the lady sounded like she didnt know what she was doing
