  On my first drop off of the year and and they added a new door, one in and one out. An automatic door would have been better than another door that causes confusion. When you use the walk in door you have to cross over to get in line. Trying to leave thru the outdoor you have to get thru the inline with people holding their parcels. SO TRYING TO GET IN CARRYING A BOX WITHOUT AN AUTOMATIC DOOR WAS A BIG MISTAKE! The staff was friendly, but the layout is a joke!

  The associate who packed my box of baked goods was very helpful and careful. I think his name was Marty. Great guy.

  Very rude customer service. Walked in one day and there was an older gentleman who didn’t care to greet me. Was ignored until a lady helped me. Called about a tracking number I was mistakenly putting into the wrong website and although it was user error on my end, the lady helping over the phone was overall not very pleasant.

  They price bait you by telling you your total of shipping but not of the box and dont tell you the price of the box until after youve paid. 10$ extra for the box. 33$ to ship something less than 2lbs domestically. If you dont want the price to change secretly right before you swipe your card, go somewhere else. They dont tell you the updated price after adding the box, they just tell you the price of shipping. I dont mind paying the 10$, however i feel scummy paying that price when it is not told up front to me.
