Worst facility I've ever experienced the guys behind the counter tried charging me for tape to take up a box that I was sending that's a scam ...until I called him out on it then magically tape appeared. Then the other gentleman as I go to pay I ask him to explain what I was signing he said if I can't read it I shouldn't be sending packages ...I only asked because I needed help understanding that made me feel really bad I never been treated like this anywhere in my 48 years on this planet

I want to express my gratitude for the outstanding customer service I received during my passport appointment. The representative was extremely professional, patient, and efficient. He ensured all my paperwork myself and child was in order and provided clear instructions on the next steps. His attention to detail and positive attitude made the experience smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this location for passport services! Thank you again LeByron!

Was in there Sep 24 at 10:15 am Kid on duty said “old man, you” to tell me to come forward It’s black slang and not derogatory but he might be more aware of their general perception and say Sir lol he seemed to even realize how rude he was and tried to appear helpful The problem is the workers there would like a total boycott He also offered no choice in the stamp he sold me
