- AFAlison FaySep 5, 20252.0Used to be great. For the past few months it takes at least 24 hours to scan packages dropped off. Not sure if they are under staffed or what, but I won't be dropping off packages here anymore. The McHenry and Crystal Lake ones are much faster.
- DSDanny SlavicekAug 8, 20251.0USPS stole from me and this location is big part of the blame. USPS in Memphis lost a package over $100. I came in to this location three times and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because it was labeled as “moving through the network”. I was told each time to wait until it was labeled as “lost.” They would not help change the label despite the package having no updates in months. Now my tracking label has been deleted by USPS and costumer service have “no record of it” due to deleting the number despite my receipts. Now they say nothing can be done and I can’t even get back the money I spent to send the item.
