  Worst run company. They deliver water when they aren’t supposed. They don’t come when they are supposed to. No one helps when you call on the phone.

  If I could give 0 star I would they generated a bill for products that I never received now its a $168.00 bill in collection that they refuse to handle saying they sent it out but it has not this company is trying to get late payments and money for products not issued something needs to be done before I contact the Attorney General and a lawyer for this false bill

  UNETHICAL....DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I started water delivery with this company in November of 2025. My sister was telling me that she uses them and she loved the service, so I decided let me give it a try to eliminate plastic. First few months the service was fine and then at some point in the summer they merged or changed something and everything went to HELL. For several months the water delivery was cancelled and delivered when they wanted too and they kept giving the lame story that something was behind and they working to get it together. I dealt with their excuses for 3 more months, and I cancelled. Months later they kept saying that I had a bill. After late fees they charged me $72. That was in August, here we are in November and these sloppy suckas still trying to bill my card.....WHHYYYY? I cancelled the service, you have your stuff back so why are you playing these games with me. I will contact the better business bureau. I will go to the grocery store and buy bottled water. Your service is tacky and your customer service is even worse. After the last bill I was paid I said to the guy make sure you close my account, but what is this let's try and keep taking money from accounts after the customer requested to stop service!!!!!!

  WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY LIFE. CONTINUALLY screws you over by not delivering you your water on your scheduled delivery date, then support says “don’t worry it will definitely come on this rescheduled date”, then that date come and goes and STILL no water delivery. Meanwhile you are completely out of water due to their incompetence and ineptitude. So support just lies to you and tells you some BS that isn’t even true at all. They raise prices on you multiple times a year every year like clockwork, but continue to treat you like you’re worthless and can’t even make a simple recurring delivery correctly. What a joke. If you are thinking of signing up for this company, DON’T - RUN, RUN FAST. Update in response to company’s “reply”: Absolutely useless, copy and pasted response that won’t amount to anything being done. I see the exact same copy and pasted response on numerous other 1 star reviews of this company. Typical red flag terrible company behavior. They don’t care about your business or making anything right for the customer. The owning company’s response is to buy up all regional water brands and FORCE you to have to repeatedly deal with this incompetence and frustration, or be unable to get any 5 gallon jugs of spring water. This is the perfect example of why monopolies are terrible. They offer no other way to get them other than wait for the deliveries that they constantly miss and push back, screwing up future timelines. Since they are incapable of making reliable deliveries I would gladly go somewhere to exchange them myself, but they don’t even offer this simple service. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND PRIMO LIKE THE PLAGUE!
