- RRRyanJun 26, 20255.0One of our client's had a meeting in Chicago and wanted a ton of PowerPoint and Word doc printouts to share with the audience. After reaching out to a few local printers in the Chicago area, we went with AlphaGraphics at the Wood Dale location since they had a lot of great reviews and was in close proximity to the meeting location. Jeff was a pleasure to work with to get the quotes started with and helped answer any questions I had. Their quotes were competitive with pricing and they were able to meet our deadlines. On the day to day operations we worked closely with Maddie for releasing files, proofing, and coordination with packaging and delivery to the hotel. She was great to work with and she kept on top of everything considering we had 20+ files releasing to them over multiple weeks due to different schedules and approvals. Even after frustrating re-releasing of files due to last minute changes out of our original scope, the team stayed professional and was able to cater to our client's needs after approval of new reprint quotes. Overall our client was happy with the final results of all the printouts and their meeting went well. Our team was super impressed with the organization of all the boxes and printouts so was easier to distribute to multiple breakout rooms. I would highly recommend working with Jeff, Maddie, and their team at AlphaGraphics at Wood Dale. I'd definitely look to work with them again if we ever have another client meeting in Chicago.
