I have had several different problems. A package from Ireland was sent back twice! I was given one notice while I was out of town. I never received a second or final notice. I was told that the delivery person was new. I had my friend send the package to my office. Just now, I signed the form and posted it on my door where I found it. Never left the package, and it is at the PO. Some of the staff are not helpful. No one answers the phone. I am by nature a patient person, but I do not know how to make this situation better.

The worst post office, I work at the hospital across the street and went there for convenience, biggest mistake ever. First in October I sent 2 money orders out totaling 1550, somehow it never reached the location in Addison I sent to. Secondly I always go to the wheaton post office and when we send out locally it takes no more than 2 days this post office takes 5-7 days!!Lastly I sent 2 xmass gifts 1 on the 12th and the second on the 13 of December, the lady I spoke to told me 6-10 days being the latest it would take to get to destination. One box finally got there on the 28th after leaving Chicago on the 26th, the other box is still not there. Now I call and talk to YOLANDA the supervisor and she says there is nothing they can do, I told her I am gonna call and file a complaint and she said her exact words''go ahead they will send it back to me and I will tell you the same thing'' so I call and make a complaint and say I want my money back well they cant do that on ground, but the lady I spoke to said she will refer it back to the original post office and they will call me back. Yolanda called back on that Monday and she said she does not have the authority to waive that fee which was 24.99 and 39.99 and that she would have to go to her superior, well she did not call back I just reached out to her and said box is still not there and she told me flat out no they could not refund me back, no phonecall to follow up either .By far the most unprofessional customer service and obviously how they treat there customers please do not go to this post office, go to either in wheaton they are the nicest and friendliest, the best!

I don’t know what is going on with the post office, but I have paid for priority packaging and the 2 to 3 day priority time has taken over eight days. I sent a package to Germany and a package to Florida on the same day. The package arrived in Germany a day before the package arrived in Florida, go figure. On December 18 I sent two packages priority to Florida one to West Palm Beach one to Bradenton. The package to West Palm went from Winfield to Carol Stream post office it took five days to get to Carol Stream. Both packages were were to arrive on December 24 the package to West Palm Beach is still driving around somewhere in Pennsylvania. Postal Service is totally irresponsible. Pretty pathetic
