Came back the next day, told me that the prepaid label was underpaid and I had to pay the difference. This is both fine….but the lady with the braid was flat out rude both times

I was told that the delivery person was new. I had my friend send the package to my office. Just now, I signed the form and posted it on my door where I found it. Never left the package, and it is at the PO. Some of the staff are not helpful. No one answers the phone. I am by nature a patient person, but I do not know how to make this situation better.
