- RMRose MinterDec 2, 20251.0Very poor customer service. I dropped off a postage paid bubble envelope package in the outside mailbox. There has been no update on tracking and it has been almost a week. The lady who answered the phone told me that packages do not go in the outside mailbox. Never, has it been an issue at any other post office that I have used over the years. She didn't even ask me the tracking # to see what she could find out. I will not use this post office again, even though it is on my way to work.

I DID NOT, NOR HAVE I EVER ASKED FOR YOU TO KEEP A PACKAGE THATS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED!! I am a busy mom who WORKS the hours the post office is even open! Their excuse last time was that they "didnt have enough people to get it delivered" EVEN THOUGH it showed it was out for delivery, and they just bring it right back to their station. WHY??? Deliver the damn package! UGH!!!
