- GAGio ArenasFeb 13, 20261.0These guys are ridiculously lazy. I don't know what's the point of using their Label Delivery service when they can't even bother sending it out. I had to use this service recently since my printer stopped working. It's been 3 days, and I still haven't gotten it yet. If you're in Wilmette, DO NOT use their Label Delivery service. Instead, use your own printer or use a different service (UPS, FedEx).

- ABandrea bJul 30, 20222.0Cool building, terrible service. Specifically, we go for days, sometimes whole weeks without receiving any mail delivery. We had a great mailman last year who moved away and now we're stuck with absolutely horrible service. It's a different carrier every time and they often deliver after 7 or even 8pm, if they deliver at all. I seriously don't get what the problem is. But if it's too much trouble to actually deliver our mail, at least tell us to come pick it up. At this time, we haven't had mail delivery in 4 days. This is unacceptable. We have legal notices and other mailed items we are expecting. I wish we didn't have to use mail anymore, but certain businesses still handle it that way. We got a certified letter that we had to go pick up because our mail carrier was apparently too lazy to even deliver us the first time. Are they not paying enough or what?

WhenI returned with the license they said it was too late in the day (they were closing in 2 hours). I drove 20 minutes to Niles because they take walk ins. Turns out I did not need a marriage license, and the whole process took about 5 minutes. Skip Wilmette and go to Niles!
