The door was already locked and the man was ready to go. I explained it was urgent to print the real-estate contract due to my printer suddenly breaking down. I know it was last minute and I should've planned in advance, which I would if I knew about the printer issue. The man refused to print saying that he had to go and be somewhere. I said this would only take a couple of minuted the most. He said "I'm sorry" and closed the door. So much for the holiday spirit. Thanks for reading.
