- MAMilad Abd1 day ago1.0Horrible experience, staff were very rude, unhelpful, and quite frankly did not know their job. Don't go here, find the next nearest location. It's worth the drive to go elsewhere.
- SHSarra Hanna2 days ago1.0Horrible experience, extremely rude and unhelpful. I went there to ship an item that I’ve shipped out 4 other times. The company who provides me with the shipping label gives clear directions that the packing material is already paid for. When I got to the counter the first thing the employee said was “you’re going to have to pay for the shipping material.” I attempted to show her the directions and she refused to look at it. I asked her to scan the label so that she can see that the packing material is paid for, she refused and insisted I would have to pay for it. I attempted to explain that I’ve done this multiple times, but she refused to scan the label still. I went to another FedEx in Hinsdale, and they were able to help me. The other FedEx scanned the label right away, read the directions, and packed it for me without any questions or problems. Will never return to this FedEx in Willowbrook.

It's a pain to wait when you are across the country trying to get to the airport or next site as the gossip and help other customers when you have all of the information for them in hand. We are diversifying our shipping strategies to othe carriers as FedEx seems content to return packages for Amazon and print wedding invitations as their primary source of income and ignore their daily customers. Additionally, 1st delivery is a farce. Drivers cancel shipments as undeliverable if they are too far from base at closing time. Since they are contracted, I'm sure there is no punishment for not doing their job.
